Second Grade: Sculptures coming to life

Once the wire armatures were strong enough, students covered them with plaster fabric. 

At least 2 class times were used to fully cover the sculptures with plaster. Students have now learned to make flesh tone with tempera paint and the sculptures are beginning to take form.
